Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR TEMPORARY LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN TAMPA, FLORIDA General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to expressions of interest for the following temporary space requirements: State: Florida City: Tampa Delineated Area: Site B: Within a 10 mile radius of St. Pete Times Forum Site C: Within a 10 mile radius of St. Pete Times Forum Site D: Within a 7 mile radius of St. Pete Times Forum Site E: Within a 10 mile radius of St. Pete Times Forum A more specific area of consideration will be defined and may be adjusted at a future date. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Site B: 12,000 Site C: 8,000 Site D: 2,500 Site E: 60,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Site B: 18,000 Site C: 12,000 Site D: 3,500 Site E: 80,000 Space Type: Site B: Finished office space Site C: Finished office space Site D: Finished office space Site E: Indoor, covered vehicle parking (200-275 vehicles) and staging area Parking Spaces (Total): Site B: 80 secured Site C: 20-40 reserved Site D: 6-10 reserved; public parking within 3-4 blocks Site E: None additional Parking Spaces (Surface): See description under Parking Spaces (Total) Parking Spaces (Structured): See description under Parking Spaces (Total) Full Term: Site B: 6/1/12 through 9/30/12 Site C: 6/1/12 through 9/30/12 Site D: 7/1/12 through 9/30/12 Site E: 8/1/12 through 9/30/12 Firm Term: Same as full term Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Site B: Second floor or above preferred. Cannot be combined with Site C. Site C: Second floor or above preferred. Cannot be combined with Site B. Site D: First floor preferred. Site E: Must be exclusive use, covered, weatherproof, and securable, with 24 hour access. Must have utilities, electrical, restrooms. All space must be capable of being fully secured. Additional requirements will apply as determined by the Government to be included in Request For Lease Proposals (RLP). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government will not consider space in the 100 year flood plain unless there is no practicable alternative.
