- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Fresno Delineated Area: Central Business District of Fresno North : Sequoia-Kings Canyon Freeway/HWY 180 East : Yosemite Freeway/HWY 41 West : Highway 99 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,025 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,826 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 20-gate controlled, fenced Parking Spaces (Surface): 20 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· GSA will consider only existing buildings and will not consider build to suit locations. · The Government is interested in relocating ONLY IF the alternative space is economically advantageous after taking into consideration total costs of each competing location. Such costs may include, but are not limited to moving, all necessary alterations, and purchase/installation of data-telecom. · Agency requires additional public parking within.25 miles of building · Agency requires contiguous space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
