- Pool Maintenance SOW This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, issued as a Request for Quotation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number H92242-11-T-0526 incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-48, dated 30 January 2011 and DFARS Change Notice 20991123. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is DO-S1. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This requirement is Set-aside for Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The NAICS code is 561990, the Size Standard is $6.5. The Naval Special Warfare Group Four (NSWG-4) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing periodic maintenance and service requirements to maintain the aquatics facilities at Special Boat Team Twenty Two, located at Stennis Space Center, MS. 39529. NSWG-4 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract. CLINS as follows: ITEM 0001 - COMBAT TRAINING TANK MAINTENANCE, 2 (two) days per week - 104 days per year = 104 days ITEM 0002 HYDROWORX THERAPY TANK MAINTENANCE, 2 (two) days per week - 104 days per year = 104 days. Performance shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work: (NOTE: CHEMICAL, LAB TESTING, PARTS and LABOR FOR UNPLANNED OCCURENCES WILL BE REIMBURSED TO THE VENDOR) See Statement of Work attached. EXAMINATION OF SITE: Each quoter has the option to visit the site, and satisfied him/her as to the existing conditions under which he/she will be pledged to operate or that in any manner will affect the work under this contract. Existing required repairs or deficiencies should be noted, and provided to the Facilities Manager, and the cost will not be allowed for in this solicitation or the awarded contract.
