- Description: ADAPTER, RECEPTACLE Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (CAGE 97499) P/N 406-075-147-101 Configuration control applies. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 100 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition. The NSN is 5935-01-186-4051; PR 0040649062 (was 11T8340). Delivery requirement is 200 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
