- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-QT52 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. This RFQ, N00104-11-Q-QT52, is for Hewlett Packard (HP) Switches, Software and other associated hardware. This is a HP Brand Name or Equal. If submitting an Equal Brand Name, the quote submission must include, the Part Number, Manufacturer, description along with the specifications. The Equal Brand Name must be technically acceptable and will be evaulated and approved by the technical team. The Ship To is the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard located in Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. Therefore, if shipping charges apply, please include them separately as CLIN No. 0008. This RFQ is issued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334210 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. Award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), FOB destination. Product delivery shall be within 30 days ARO. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Attached is an Excel spreadsheet of the hardware; please use this format as a pricing tool. The hardware must be in new, unused condition and the packaging seal unbroken. Submission of quotes is due by 6:00 PM Eastern, 23 Aug 2011, and shall be valid for 30 days.
