U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Corona Delineated Area: North : 91 Riverside Freeway East : N. McKinley St to Magnolia Ave to 15 Freeway South : Ontario Avenue to Magnolia Ave West : S. Main Street to E. Grand Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,861 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,405 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Visitor Parking: Per City Code, the Offeror must provide at least 43 visitor parking spaces within a walkable distance from the Location being offered. Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. First floor or upper floor contiguous space (on one floor) with a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. Three (3) reserved, off-street parking space(s) is/are required for carpools, employees with disabilities, and in and out parking for program purposes. This parking must be paved, striped and graded for proper drainage. This parking must be lighted and shall be located on-site. Where on-site parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located within the same block. The space shall have at least one separate employee entrance providing ingress without going through the reception area. Interested Respondents should include Lessors, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is] required.
