- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W91243-11-T-0600, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation;.PROJECT TITLE: Vehicle Service Shop Lube System SITE VISIT: Vehicle MXS building #636, on 8/31/2011 at 10:30 am. Please provide name of individual, company and date of birth for all attending NLT 08/26/2011 Noon. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 0001-AA Windshield washer system including: 4 washer fulid reels (3/8" x 60') hose, 4 reel inlet hose kits, 4 reel mounting channels, 4 washer fluid bibb values, 1 washer fluid pump, 1 suction hose kit, 1 wall mounting bracket, 1 air regulator, lubricator, filter, 1 low level cut off, and 1 washer fluid pump hose kit. 0002-AA Anti-freeze system including: 8 anti-freeze reels (1/2" x 50') hose, 8 reel inlet hose kits, 8 reel mounting channels, 8 anti-freeze bibb values, 2 suction hose kit, 2 wall mounting bracket, 2 air regulator, lubricator, filter, 2 low level cut off, and 2 anti-freeze pump hose kit. 0003-AA Grease system including: 4 grease reels (3/8" x 50') hose, 4 reel inlet hose kit, 4 reel mounting channel, 4 grease valve 1/4" inlet, 4 z-swivels, 1 grease pump w/indicator, 1 air regulator, lubricator, filter, and 1 grease pump hose kit. 0004-AA Motor oil system including: 8 motor oil reels (1/2" x 50') hose, 8 reel inlet hose kits, 4 reel mounting channels, 8 motor oil electronic preset nozzles, 2 motor oil pumps, 2 thermal relief kits, 2 low-level cut-offs, 2 suction hose kits, 2 wall mounting bracket for pumps, 2 air regulator, lubricator, filter, and 2 oil pump hose kits. 0005-AA Installation supplies: 5/8" tubing, 1/2" copper pipe, fittings & shut off valve metal c-channel, angle iron to fabricate reel brackets, welding supplies, misc materials. 0006-AA Labor and Installation Costs The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
