- STATEMENT OF WORK The United States Navy requires dumpster to support the Seabee Field Training exercises at Camp Shelby in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The following provides the minimum specifications required. 1.The contractor shall provide all material labor, equipment and supervision required to deliver and setup dumpsters. 2. All dumpsters will be setup at various locations at Camp Shelby in Hattiesburg, MS. a.Description of Service: i.The vendor will set up and deliver 25 dumpsters and a max of 6 construction dumpsters as required. Sizes will be 8yd dumpsters for cardboard, food waste, and general trash. The construction dumpster will be a 40 yard dumpsters for debris and demolition projects. ii.Relocate dumpster to different sites at Camp Shelby. iii.Perform all other repairs needed to bring each dumpster to like new condition. iv.Use an extraction truck, to remove the containers from the locations to the landfill emptied and returned. v.Contractor is responsible for providing all transportation, workers, material and tools and equipment to and from the site. vi.Contractor is responsible for providing all lift assets required for downloading all equipment without assistance from 20th SRG personnel or Battalions. vii.Must furnish all applicable license/permits necessary for dumpster service at Camp Shelby.. 3) The contractor will be notified a minimum 2-3 weeks prior to the training exercise. 4) Cost per dumpster will be based on the requirements listed in the schedule. The contractor shall complete an invoice for each requirement. 5) The vendor must empty all dumpsters a minimum of three times per week. Vendor must pick up/drop off or empty dumpsters between 0630am and 0630pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday unless previous arrangements have been agreed to.
