- Provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor and equipment, except as specified in Section C.3, to operate, maintain, and repair the Overpressure Protection and Collective Protection Systems identified in Technical Exhibit 1 in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special provisions, specifications, drawings, attachments and manufacturer's operation and maintenance instructions, contained herein or incorporated by reference. In addition, the contractor shall update O&M manuals and As-Built drawings as necessary.
