Standard Form (SF 30). Offerors: Please use this form to acknowledge amendments to this solicitation. Solicitation GS-07P-11-JU-C-0131, Amendment01 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is GS-07P-11-JU-C-0131 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM) Change Notice 50. This procurement is being issued as a 100% women-owned small business set aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561720 and Size Standard $16.5 million. This is a requirement for performance-based Custodial services for the Administrative (OK0511OC) and Garage (OK0503OC) Buildings, 2800 S. Eastern Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73129-7653. As a performance-based contract, the requirements are stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards. The contract shall consist of two major functional areas: standard services, and above standard services, which shall be performed at the locations specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, material, tools, supplies, supervision, management, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished, and otherwise do all things necessary to, or incident to, perform and provide the work efforts described in Section C of the solicitation. For additional information regarding the scope of services required, please see the solicitation document associated with this notice. The anticipated period of performance for these services is November 1, 2011 - October 31, 2012, with four (4) additional one-year option periods that may be unilaterally exercised by the Government.
