- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Super Bolt Spanner Bolt Assemblies, P/N: 2003-41-001-A02, Qty 250. This requirement is non-commercial, sole sourced and patented by: Archer Technologies International, 2098 Allen Road, Taylor, Utah 84401 as the only available source to provide this part assembly for the Air Force and Navy. Any firms believing that they can provide the Super Bolt Assemblies may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
