- Wage Determination Appendix C Safety Appendix A Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation of the Phillips X-Ray Systems This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue an award for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transporation, Personal Protective (PP) clothing and equipment, prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) of the 76 Maintenance Wing (MXW) Phillips X-Ray Systems. The equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Priced contract with a Time and Materials line item is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 20 September 2011 - 19 September 2012 with two option periods. The estimated award date is 13 September 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7.0M. This is anticipated to be a competitive requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
