Description
This amendment to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation number SOL-CI-11-00081 will change 2. a. (Demonstrated Qualifications of Proposed Personnel) and 3. Technical Approach. See the following: 2. DEMONSTRATED QUALIFICATIONS OF PROPOSED PERSONNEL a.Demonstrated qualifications (education, experience, expertise and availability) to perform the requirements of the statement of work. The EPA shall give preference to organizations with prior experience providing services in support of research in the areas of disinfection byproduct fate and transport and drinking water and wastewater treatment. Experience working on Water Security issues is a bonus. 3. TECHNICAL APPROACH: Offeror shall provide a detailed technical approach outlining a plan for fulfilling each task identified in the Statement of Work. Offeror should highlight if they have worked on drinking water and wastewater research. Water security expertise is a bonus. Also, the Statement of Work Task 2. (second sentence) has changed. See the following: Task 2. The Contractor shall arrange for meeting space suitable for the workshop in the Washington DC metropolitan area and for required audio visual equipment (laptop computer, microphone, LCD projector) and flip charts. The Contractor shall also make travel arrangements for up to four invited participating nonfederal subject matter experts from outside the metro area, and reimburse travel expenses, with prior approval by the EPA Project Officer. The Contractor shall be responsible for the travel expenses of the subject matter experts.
