- The purpose of this amendment is to (1) change to quotation response date from 25 August 2011 at 12:00PM Mountain Standard Time to 29 August 2011 at 12:00PM Mountain Standard Time, and (2) to provide answers to questions received from interested vendors below. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Q1.) The delivery location says "Fort Carson, CO"; however, the section discussing the Protest Program refers to Fort Belvoir, VA addresses. Also, the due date/time references "Mountain Time" which makes me feel that this opportunity is in fact for Fort Carson, CO and that any references to Fort Belvoir, VA are just a typo and need to be updated. Please confirm if these assumptions are correct and that this opportunity is truly for Fort Carson, CO. A1.) The delivery location is Fort Carson, CO 80913. The reference to Fort Belvoir, VA is in clause 5152.233-4000 "AMC-level Protest Program". It refers the location of AMC Headquarters, which is not the delivery location. Please read 5152.233-4000 thoroughly. Q2.) Can you please offer any additional/amplifying information regarding desired specifications for the radar (IE: FMCW/Pulse Doppler/Etc.)? A2.) Doppler radar Systems with KA Band antennas. Q 3.) Can you please offer any additional/amplifying information regarding packaging expectations (IE: ruggedization requirements/thermal/shock and vibe/paint/mounting/Size/Weight/Power/Etc.)? A3.) Hard wired power supply. Q4.) Can you please offer any additional information/insight into the anticipated delivery schedule (IE: complete bulk delivery/phased delivery/initial single prototype delivery for integration and testing to be followed by phased delivery/Etc.)? A4.) Bulk delivery.
