- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to T-System, Inc., 4020 McEwen Road, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas, 75244-4900, for the license renewal to use their copyrighted "The T-System" documents at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky. Due to copyright and distribution restrictions this will be sole sourced to the copyright holder, T-System, Inc. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to thi snotice. RESPONSE ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 25 August 2011 2:00 PM EST at MICC Center - Fort Knox, to Elizabeth Mudd at elizabeth.a.mudd@us.army.mil.
