The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Bloomington, MN Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area (buildings will be considered within 1/4 mile (1,320 feet) of the boundaries of the delineated area): NORTH: 42nd Street SOUTH: 90th Street EAST: I-35E WEST: I-35W Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,000 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Approx. 18,400 RSF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 74 Parking Spaces (Surface): 54 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 (Structured preferred) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. Offered Space must allow for an efficient layout on one floor. 74 on-site parking spaces, including 20 reserved spaces must be available for employees and visitors. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
