- Solicitation HQ0013-11-T-0015, Amendment 0001 - extends response deadline to 9/2/11. Effective 24 August 2011 this solicitation has been amended to extend the response deadline. The response deadline has been extended to 2 September 2011 at 1:00 pm EST to provide the Government with an opportunity to provide additional information concerning this requirement. The additional information will be provided in a forthcoming amendment to be issued by no later than 29 August 2011. Amendment 0001 is attached for review. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) as a total small business set aside for the purchase of Polycom Video Tele Conference (VTC) equipment, equipment installation and configuration, and initial training of DSCA personnel on the use of the equipment. DSCA has a requirement to establish a cost effective solution to conduct meetings, training and business conferences. Only small businesses that are authorized Polycom resellers will be considered for award of this order. The item description for Polycom VTC equipment and installation is outlined in the attached RFQ and a Brand Name J&A is attached.
