- Fire Plan Wage Determination Plans Specifications Solicitation The Target Tree Campground Water System Project consists of constructing potable water well, furnishing and installing a photovoltaic solar power system for the well pump and water treatment system, reconfigure the water treatment system for the new water source and tying the well into the water treatment and storage system. The project is located in La Plata County, Colorado. The campground can be accessed from highway 160. The site is located approximately 7 miles east of Mancos, Colorado. The scope of this project will include the pump house area which is located on an access road that joins on the northwestern portion of the campground loop. This project is being advertized as a small business Set-Aside and as such it is open to small businesses. The solicitation for this project will be available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Ginger Domingos at gingerdomingos@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 970-385-1243. All Offerors shall be registered to the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7, be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8, and must respond to all evaluation criteria in Sections M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
