- This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposal or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs Service Area Office (SAO) East is seeking to determine availability to provide access to the Health Devices System from the Emergency Care Research Institute. If you can provide access to a similar system that meets all the requirements of the system mention please provide the proof of that system. Firms/Companies with interest and capability responding to this requirement should develop a short narrative including relevant documentation, specific evidence and any other information indicating the capability to successfully fulfill the aforementioned requirements.
