- THIS PROJECT IS AVAILABLE TO SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. REPLACE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING DOORS AND WINDOWS GENERAL CONDITIONSA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to remove and replace 14 windows and 3 doors and door frames in the Refuge Headquarters building.B. The intent of this project is to remove the existing doors and windows and replace them with good commercial quality doors and windows of the same sizes. C. The Contractor shall have all certificates and licenses required by law for the execution of the work, and shall comply with all Federal, State, or local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and codes relating to performance of the work. WORK SITE CONDITIONSThe project site is the Waubay National Wildlife Refuge headquarters, which is located at 44401 134A Street, Waubay, South Dakota. 57273. The telephone number of the Refuge is 605-947-4521. GENERAL INFORMATION The estimated magnitude of construction is under $30,000.00. The total performance period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is offered as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $33.5 Million.
