- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis from Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo BlvdD, El Segundo, CA 90245-0902, a four year contract to provide the Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Services Command (NATEC), San Diego, Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) Contractor Field Services (CFS) to include on and off-site proficiency training, technical guidance and advice to resolve unusually complex technical problems. This acquisition is in support of the F/A-18 and EA-18 series aircraft systems and sub-systems to include the AN/APG-73/79 radar systems. Raytheon Company is the developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment to be supported. Raytheon is the only source available with the requisite data and specific technical support personnel knowledgeable of this equipment. No other firm possesses the required data and expertise on this equipment. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Any offer must clearly demonstrate the capability to respond to this requirement without detriment to the systems and aircraft and must include personnel specifically qualified to provide the services described.
