- SOW RFP To: Prospective Offeror From: Federal Bureau of Investigation Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) - E013654 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing this RFP to solicit quotes for the acquisition of the a mezzanine storage area of Technical Response Unit (TRU) Garage Area. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract as a result of this solicitation. If you are interested in responding to this requirement, you may participate by submitting your response in accordance with the instructions listed in this notice.
