- Referance #: XP1H5V1XR127MP The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to DiscoverIT Solutions, Inc., an SDVOSB, to provide a software subscription license and maintenance support for brand name Oracle Ops Center software to support DMDC’s Enterprise Information Technology operations for a base period of twelve months from date of award, with one twelve month option period. Oracle has proprietary rights to the Oracle products associated with this acquisition requirement and has confirmed that they, as the original equipment manufacturer, is the only vendor capable of providing the support for the Oracle products. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This notice of intent expires at 2pm CST on 31 Aug 11. Please contact Tara.Schmitt@disa.mil with questions. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12 and 19.14.
