Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. An award will be made against this Request for Proposal on the basis of price and technical capability (see Evaluation Factors). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The requirement is set-aside for small business and the associated NAICS code is 541618 for Other Management Consulting Services. Contract Line Items: 0001LSLabor 0001AALSResearch/Data Collection, Analysis, Interview Preparation, and Review of Data and Materials 0001ABLSInterviews of MSC and HQUSACE Personnel 0001ACLSPre-Briefings, Post-Briefings, Feedback and Teambuilding Sessions, Preparation and Facilitation (Teambuilding should be done with military and civilian leadership at the regional and HQUSACE level) 0002LSMaterials and Supplies 0003LSTravel (Not to Exceed Amount) Extended Information for CLIN 0003: In accordance with FAR 31.205-46 -- Travel Costs shall be reimbursed at rates not to exceed the maximum locality per diem rates (for the combination of lodging, meals and incidentals) in effect at the time of travel, as set forth in the Federal Travel Regulations, Joint Travel Regulation and Standard Regulations, Section 925, as applicable. All air travel must be booked on American-flagged carriers, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer. The appropriate Government Official, Quality Assurance Surveillance Personnel, or Contracting Officer shall approve travel. All invoices for travel shall be accompanied by supporting receipts. Description: Conduct Senior Military and Civilian Leadership Team Building Alignment and Development for the South Pacific Division Major Subordinate Command (MSC), San Francisco, CA (see Statement of Work). Delivery Information: The service shall be completed 4 months after the date of contract award. Delivery shall be made to HQUSACE, 441 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20314, Attn: Ada Benavides.
