- T his requirement is an EMERGENCY non stock listed procurement PR(s): FB206512370709 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334416 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of: NOUN: COIL RADIO FREQUENCY, BROWN PN: 2089133-0701 Qty: 16 Justification for Sole Source Acquisition: THIS IS A URGENT REQUEST. The Electronics Group, Radar Flight, has an urgent requirement for P/N : 208913-0701 (Coil). This part is used in support of the DFA73 System and is needed in the repair of the DFA 73 Receiver. Therefore MXVAR will experience a work stoppage of this asset should this part become unavailable. MIT Distributors Inc. (CAGE 024S6) is the only known source for this Coil. Other sources, as they are identified will be investigated and considered for future requirements. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is NLT 21 November 2011. Quotations should be emailed to "kathryn.driskell@robins.af.mil" NLT 29 August 2011, 4:00 p.m. EST. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE: 21 November 2011.
