- J&A Demo_ Data_&_Software The contractor shall furnish the demographic database software (with documentation). The objective of this contract is to sustain the United States Army Accessions Command's (USAAC) capability to analyze demographic trends within customized geographical territories; develop key recruiting strategies using micro-marketing techniques (such as lifestyle segmentation and ZIP+4 geocoding); and to gain an enhanced understanding of past Army applicants, the current market place, prospective Army applicants, and their environment for the regular Army (RA), the United States Army Reserves (USAR), and the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) recruiting efforts.
