- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SCOPE OF WORK. The USAMRICD seeks preventive maintenance and remedial repair services for water filtration systems servicing only USAMRICD buildings at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The objective is to avoid equipment and research loss by providing maintenance in a timely manner. The contractor shall provide field service reports with detailed maintenance and repair services performed on each emergency generator at the completion of each service. The Government reserves the right to inspect the contractor's work to verify the performance and to ensure compliance with all Federal, state, and local regulations, laws, and ordinances. Performance Work Statement and System Configuration list is included as attachments. Please submit your proposals to this solicitation no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, September 12, 2011.
