- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, material and transportation necessary to perform the work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in strict compliance with the ISPESL (Superior Accident Prevention and Job Security Institute) standards and CEI (Italian Electronic Committee) standards. The Contractor shall maintain, inspect, clean and disinfect fan coils and splits systems at USAG Livorno in a manner to help to prevent growth or build-up of lime and harmful bacteria. Maintenance work for each system shall be performed semi-annually using methods recommended by manufacturers with a preventive Schedule Plan submitted and approved by Contracting Officer Representative.
