The purpose of this amendment is to amend Section II, entitled "Statement of Need" of the solicitation as follows: FROM: Chamber Volume: Minimum 4 cubic feet TO: Chamber Volume: Minimum 3.5 cubic feet FROM: Power supply source: 115V, 20A max, 60Hz TO: Power supply source (USA): 115 V, 60 Hz, (preferred) or 230 V, 60 Hz As a result of this amendment the solicitation is being reopened and responses are due no later than 3:00 P.M Eastern Time September 2, 2011 and will be accepted either via fax at 202-874-2200 or by email to casey.meng@bep.gov. This requirement remains as a Total Small businesses set aside, and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
