- The solicitation number is FA9301-11-M-D023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20110819. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 4210. NAICS is 339999 and the size standard is 500. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following Brand Name or Equal items: Line Item 0001 Part #10523X Amerex wheel assembly for 150-pound wheeled extinguisher complete with hardware and pneumatic tire, assembled Line Item 0002 Part #10523X Amerex 150-pound carrage, green without wheels and tanks Line Item 0003 Part #6355X Amerex nozzle 0.375 for 150-pound extinguisher Line Item 0004 Part #03501X Hose assembly ¾''x50' for 150-pound extinguisher Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery schedule with FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
