- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2R32A11228A001 is hereby issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 337124 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective 04 Aug 2011 and the Defense Federal Acquisition (DFARS) Change Notice 20110819. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. Award of this contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. There shall be no legal purposes until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer will confirm availability of funds in writing to the contractor upon award of the contract. CLIN 0001: QTY 10 Each; Laptop cabinet, 10 drawer, Laptop Lock-up E-Tool Model LL10. Construction: 18 gauge welded steel (200 lbs). Dimensions: W20" X D20" X H53" (d23 with security enclosure). Drawer Dimensions: W16" X D16" X H3-1/2". Color: Stealth Blue. Provide FOB Destination pricing. Pricing shall be valid through 30 September 2011.
