- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Anticipated award date is September 15, 2011. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is N68470-11-T-0248 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, dated 04 August 2011. (iv) This RFQ is being submitted as a restricted solicitation open to small businesses only. The associated NAICS code is 423450. (v)(vi) Contractors shall submit a quote for a brand name or equal. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The deadline for questions pertaining to this requirement is 1200, JST, September 2, 2011.
