- Solicitation No.: W912CN-11-T-0582 Response Date: 090211 Description: This will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Contractor shall furnish all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to remove and repair Tripler Army Medical Center Bldg 94 Potable Water Pump Station Motor: Model: GE & Industrial System, 250 HP, RPM: 1785, Volts: 460, Phase 3. Existing motor burned and there is NO back-up motor. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 30 August 2011. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 02 September 2011. Period of performance is 06 September 2011 - 12 October 2011 This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $7.0 Million. NAICS 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Telephone requests will not be honored.
