- PLEASE NOTE THE DUE DATE REFLECTED WITH THIS NOTICE IS NOT THE QUOTE DUE DATE, BUT USED FOR ARCHIVE PURPOSES. THE QUOTE DUE DATE WILL BE IDENTIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to provide 10 each band 2 black and white copiers and 1 each band 2 color copier on various locations on Fort Dix, NJ. Services include but are not limited to: Provide and deliver copiers (and remove when contract expires); provide all supplies except paper; provide full maintenance plan. Copier specifications will be included in the solicitation. This is a commercial acquisition which is planned for a one-year base period and four 1-year option periods. Target start date is 1 Oct 11. This is currently Subject to Availability of Funds. This solicitation is unrestricted with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 532420 and a size standard of $25M. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 31 Aug 11 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award..
