- Network Contracting Activity 10 on behalf of the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to provide an Ussing Chamber System capable of running 8 samples at one time, with relevant equipment, accessories, and software to successfully operate the system.
