- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has issued a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for two rear discharge mowers; one delivered to Tuttle Creek Lake Project, Manhattan, Kansas and one delivered to Pomme de Terre Lake Project, Hermitage, Missouri. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The NAICS code of this project is 444210 and the size standard is 7.0 million.
