- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The quotation number is RFQ-RT-11-00182, and the procurement is being issued as a set aside for Small Business competition Request for Quotation (RFQ) using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses. All responses from responsible Small Business sources will be fully considered. The NAICS Code is 541519 with a Size Standard of $25.0 million. This action is to provide support for Falconstor equipment with the following line items: Base Year: FS-PKG-NSS6D-A, Gold Maintenance Support, 24x7x365 One Pair of NSS-S6 Appliances, 100% Redundant Solution; Includes 10 Windows Client Packages, one (1) each and FS-AGT-HYP-WINL Hypertrac Windows, one (1) each. For Option Year 1, FS-PKG-NSS6D-A, Gold Maintenance Support, 24x7x365 One Pair of NSS-S6 Appliances, 100% Redundant Solution; Includes 10 Windows Client Packages, one (1) each and FS-AGT-HYP-WINL Hypertrac Windows, one (1) each. For Option Year 2, FS-PKG-NSS6D-A, Gold Maintenance Support, 24x7x365 One Pair of NSS-S6 Appliances, 100% Redundant Solution; Includes 10 Windows Client Packages, one (1) each and FS-AGT-HYP-WINL Hypertrac Windows, one (1) each.
