Description
The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCommand (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I), Communications Program Office (PMW/A 170) is seeking potential sources to provide systems engineering, production, manufacturing, integration, and testing of the Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP) Force Level and Unit Level Variant (FLV/ULV) terminals and modems suites. The CBSP FLV and ULV equipment suites provide commercial satellite communications (SATCOM) connectivity capability to augment Navy shipboard military satellite communications (MILSATCOM) capabilities. Technical documentation pertaining to the CBSP RFI designated Distribution Statement: D, will be made available on a separate, secured, access- controlled website within the next two weeks. In order to request access to the secured website, contractors shall complete the Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP) Bidders Repository Use and Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA) posted on the SPAWAR e-Commerce website, and return the signed NDA to Kenneth Nickel at kenneth.nickel@navy.mil. Each company may request access for up to two (2) Technical Points of Contact (POCs). Access is restricted to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) contractors with a valid DoD or External Certificate Authority (ECA) issued Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate. Please see the e-Commerce attachment entitled Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP) dated 31 August 2011 for a complete description of the process required for obtaining access.
