- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The New Mexico Air National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of furniture. This acquisition is brand name or equal and is reserved for Small Business concerns. The solicitation is available immediately on the Army Single Face Industry. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR is www.ccr.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Please review the entire solicitation prior to providing a quote.
