- Proposed solicitation, SPM7M211R0093 is for NSN 4810-01-110-6377. Solicitation will be for a total quantity of 363 each. 112 each to be shipped to New Cumberland PA 17070-5002 241, 241 each to be shipped to Tracy CA 95304-5000. FOB is destination, inspection and acceptance is at origin. Solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The small business size is 500 employees. Items are to be delivered in 150 days on a firm fixed price contract, for contractors waived for first article testing and 330 days if first article testing is needed. To be manufactured I/A/W I/A/W DRAWING NR 53711 5959218 REFNO AMEND NR D DTD 03/26/05 TYPE NUMBER I/A/W DRAWING NR 53711 803-5959218 BASIC AMEND NR D DTD 01/01/95 TYPE NUMBER I/A/W STD NR MIL-STD-1399-300B REFNO AMEND NR B TYPE NUMBER. First Article Testing is required unless the manufacturer is waived. 1 unit will be tested and submitted for approval in 120 days, the government will review within 60 days. The drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DOD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. Documents not available for downloading from ASSIST can be ordered from the DODSSP using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard, after establishing a DODSSP Customer Account by following the registration procedures or by phoning the DODSSP Special Assistance Desk at (215) 697-2179 (DSN: 442-2179). Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
