Description

REDACTED Justification and Approval This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER for a specialized IHS Haystack Gold subscription for AFSAC/PKP, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433- 5337. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This proposed purchase order will be a Sole Source acquisition under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 519190. Size standard is $7,000,000. The proposed source is IHS Global Inc., 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80112-5710. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, quotation or exception to the intent to purchase on a sole source basis, which shall be considered by the Government if received within five (5) days of this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
