- Description
- The project consists of furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary for the retrofit of existing windows at the Mormon Rocks (Base bid) and Alandale (Bid Option 1) Fire Stations. Work includes removal and disposal of existing windows, preparation of existing surfaces to receive new retrofit windows, and installation of retrofit windows. Coordination with building occupants is required. The Mormon Rocks Fire Station is located at 7601 Highway 138, Phelan, CA. The Anadale Fire Station is located at 21147 Highway 243, Banning, CA. No formal site visit is planned. The estimated start work date is October 10, 2011, and shall not exceed 45 calendar days to complete. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. A complete solicitation package will be available for download at www.fbo.gov by August 30, 2011.
