Description: J&A for sole source This action is for issuance of a Firm Fixed Price contract to OPNET Technologies, Incorporated. This contract will be for the procurement of Joint Communication Simulation System (JCSS) enterprise licenses, technical support and helpdesk support for DISA's Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The potential for additional JCSS license procurement and associated support for foreign governments may exist but has not been identified at this time. When and if follow-on requirements become known a modification to the contract will be processed.
