Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The Government will not pay for the provision of any information, nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of such information. The Omaha District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking qualified members of the SMALL BUSINESS COMMUNITY (Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI)) that qualify under the NAICS Code 541330-Engineering Services. The size standard is $4.5 Million dollars. Engineering Services requirements include but are not limited to: Airborne and Land Based Remote Sensing (including Photogrammetry), Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Bathymetric Surveys, GeoBase, CADD and Geographical Information/Information Technology Systems (GIS). The location of Engineering Services will include the Omaha District (Civil Works and Military Works) boundaries of Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin, the Northwestern Division (Seattle District, Portland District, Walla Walla District and Kansas City District) and nationwide locations of the customers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This announcement is part of our market research, and your responses are sought to identify sources that have the knowledge, skills and capability to perform the work. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit a response to the market survey to demonstrate their technical, managerial and business capability to provide the requested services. Anticipated IDIQ Contract requirements: Up to 5 contracts each with a value of $9 Million dollars per contract for a period of 5 years. All interested, capable, qualified and responsive firms are encouraged to reply to this market survey request. Interested firms must furnish the following information: GENERAL INFORMATION 1.What is your company name, address, point of contact, phone number and e-mail address? 2.What is your business size? Include your firm's cage code. PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION 3. Provide past performance information for the previous 5 years that clearly demonstrates familiarity and experience with the Engineering Services requirements. Incorporate into your response your firms ability and capability for working multiple projects occurring at the same time and your firms experience working on DoD Installations. For each project, include the following information: a. Size, term, and complexity of job; b. Agency/Customer and job location; c. Information on your role as either a prime contractor or subcontractor; and d. Reference Agency/Customer point of contact; include name, address, e-mail, telephone number. 4. Indicate if your firm is capable of providing services nationwide. If not, what geographic reach does your firm cover? 5. Provide a brief description of your experience either managing a team or acting as a member of a team of businesses.
