- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation: For the delivery of two Portable Spectrum Analyzers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for certified HubZone suppliers IAW FAR 19.1305(b). Evaluation factors will be LPTA (Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is FA7014-11-T-0040. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334515 with a business size standard of 500 employees.
