Description

Contractor shall provide all services for hood/exhaust cleaning located at the VA Medical Center in Providence, RI in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions. The period of performance will be from 10/01/2011 through 09/30/2012 for a base year with four (4) one (1) year options at the discretion of the VA Medical Center. The applicable NAICS code is 519190. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include technical, past performance, Veterans preference and price. This solicitation has a set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The solicitation will be available on or about September 1, 2011. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for September 13, 2011 at 3:00pm. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issues.
