FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY11 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52 and DFARS Change Notice 20110819. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423210, size standard 500 employees. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following items: FURNITURE AND STORAGE CABINETS CLIN 0001 - L-shaped executive desk - 72"x84"x30"L-desk, classic cherry top with black base, keyboard with pencil and keyboard drawer included; L-shaped desk with bow-front shape with two mobile vertical files (2 and 3 drawer); allows for computer compatibility, surface is heat, stain and scratch resistant, contemporary design. 2 each CLIN 0002 - Computer credenza hutch - 60"x24"x69" credenza with storage capacity, keyboard shelf, classic cherry top with black base, four hidden storage cabinets and four open cubbies, includes fabric-covered bulletin board, two mobile vertical files (2 and 3 drawer) and keyboard/pencil drawer; surface is heat, stain and scratch resistant, contemporary design. 5 each CLIN 0003 - Computer credenza hutch - 60"x24"x30" credenza with storage capacity, keyboard shelf, classic cherry top with black base, four hidden storage cabinets and four open cubbies, includes fabric-covered bulletin board, two mobile vertical files (2 and 3 drawer) and keyboard/pencil drawer; surface is heat, stain and scratch resistant, contemporary design. 5 each CLIN 0004 - Wooden file cabinet - 35"x24"30" classic cherry top with black base, holds letter legal hanging files; lateral wood file cabinet includes two drawers with full-extension slides. 4 each CLIN 0005 - Executive desk - 72"x36"x30" bow front executive desk with keyboard shelf, classic cherry top with black base, vertical mobile files holds letter legal hanging files (2 and 3 drawer) and keyboard/pencil drawer. 3 each CLIN 0006 - Steel cabinet - 15"Wx28"Dx50 ½"H silver, 4-drawer letter size veridical file cabinet; steel cabinet with four letter-sized drawers with leveling guides, weight capacity of each drawer is 60 lbs. 2 each CLIN 0007 - Steel cabinet - 15"Wx28"Dx64 ½"H silver, 5-drawer letter size veritical file cabinet; steel cabinet with four letter-sized drawers with leveling guides, weight capacity of each drawer is 60 lbs. 1 each CLIN 0008 - Steel bookcase - 34 ½"Wx12 5/8"Dx72"H gray steel bookcase with 3 shelves, five-drawer letter size vertical file cabinet with drawers. 1 each CLIN 0009 - Steel storage cabinet - 36"Wx18"Dx72"H gray steel storage cabinet with one center fixed and three adjustable shelves plus secure bottom shelf. 3 each CLIN 0010 - Steel storage cabinet - 36"Wx18"Dx42"H gray steel storage cabinet with two fixed shelves and locking door handle. 1 each CLIN 0011 - L-shaped desk - 71 5/8"W x 79 ¾"Dx65 ¼"H L-desk with hutch; color: TBD, with two drawer lateral file 31 ¼" with 2 large storage areas with flip-up doors and two paper shelves; includes keyboard shelf and CPU platform, surface is heat, stain and scratch resistant, contemporary design. 5 each CLIN 0012 - Shipping to the following address: DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION DEPOT SAN JOAQUIN TRACY DEPOT, CCP WHSE. 30 25600 SOUTH CHRISMAN ROAD TRACY, CA 95376-5000 The following provisions and clauses can be viewed through Internet access at the Air Force FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
