Description

Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0511 This proposed contract action is for Onsite full Service Maintenance of VISX Laser equipment that Naval Medical Center San Diego already owned. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-01. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
