- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: I-435 South: Missouri River East: 169 Highway West: I-435 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,584 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,814 Space Type: Mixed-Use Parking Spaces (Total): A total of 38 secured parking spaces. In addition, the greater of local code or 2 parking spaces per 1,000 RSF. In addition, 1 parking space is required to accommodate a 45' bus. Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 7 years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be on the first floor and be contiguous. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be located in a flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: September 16, 2011 Market Survey (Estimated): Week of September 19, 2011 Offers Due (Estimated): October 28, 2011 Occupancy (Estimated): May 1, 2013 Expressions of interest are a critical factor in the procurement process because they, collectively, are the initial component of the Government's required market research activities. Expressions of interest should be received by September 16, 2011. Expressions of interest received after this date, at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, may not receive further consideration unless it may be determined that further consideration shall be in the best interests of the Government.
