Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with C/J Media, Inc, 261 E. 12th Ave, Ste 100, Eugene, OR 97401, for the design and development of an Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) application for use in a research study to be used by patients with chronic low back pain for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS 541511, size standards $25 million applies. This is an ongoing project with a very short timeline for completion. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on September 12, 2011. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to Aleda E Lutz VA Medical Center, Attn; Carole Soule (90C), 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602.
